The top vessel holds up to 12 ounces of boiling water and secures a Tea Over Ice pyramid tea infusers, letting you pull the perfect extraction before pouring. Removing the fitted glass lid and draining the hot concentrate into the 24‑ounce lower pitcher plunges the temperature instantly. This rapid heat exchange preserves volatile aromatics and tannins that slow cooling typically degrades.

Each full cycle produces exactly 24 ounces of ready-to-drink iced tea. The lower reservoir is pre-scaled for standard ice quantities, so you get repeatable strength without measuring spoons or calculator math.
