Meet Truly Greek Olive Salad, a 16 oz jar that captures the authentic sunshine of Greece in every bite. Crafted with a carefully balanced blend of Halkidhiki and Kalamata olives from neighboring Greek villages, this olive salad delivers a depth of flavor that feels handmade and truly local. Finished in 100% extra virgin olive oil with a bright kiss of Greek capers, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini, and a proprietary mix of Greek herbs and spices, it’s not just a condiment—it’s a gateway to Mediterranean meals that taste thoughtfully crafted.

What sets this apart

• Authentic olive blend: A distinctive pairing of Halkidhiki and Kalamata olives provides a complex, balanced flavor profile—briny punch from Kalamata and almond-sweet notes from Halkidhiki.
• Complete Mediterranean mix: The addition of Greek capers, sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and pepperoncini creates layers of tangy, smoky, and peppery hues that you won’t find in plain olive salads.
• Pure olive oil base: All of the ingredients soak in 100% extra virgin olive oil, delivering rich mouthfeel and year-round freshness without overpowering the olives themselves.
• Village-inspired sourcing: Sourced from neighboring Greek villages, this salad embodies true regional character rather than generic mass-market blends.
