Cut in the shape of a yellow pencil, pink eraser and sharpened point included, this acrylic ornament reads Teacher of the Year and leaves the space after the colon open. A permanent marker comes with it, so the name goes on at the kitchen table on the last morning of term. The ornament measures 1 3/4 by 4 3/4 inches and hangs from a grosgrain ribbon, two pieces in all. Mud Pie built it to be given, and it hangs as happily from a classroom tree as a family one.
