This kit turns a December afternoon into a keepsake. Inside are three pieces: a ceramic ornament, a paintbrush and a pot of paint, which is everything needed to take your own dog or cat's paw print and set it down for good. The ornament measures 4 1/2 inches in diameter. Make one for your own tree, then make a second for the friend who brought a puppy home this year. Mud Pie put the kit together so nothing else has to be bought, which matters on an afternoon when small hands are helping.
