Give the dog lover on your list a nutcracker that is unmistakably for them. This painted metal figure stands tall in full toy soldier dress, its peppermint belt and holiday trim done in a glitter finish that catches the light on a mantel or console table. Choose the golden retriever, with floppy tan ears and a green glittered uniform, or the black and white dog styled like a Boston Terrier or French Bulldog in bold red. Either one makes a distinctive hostess gift, a standout for a white elephant exchange, or a seasonal keepsake for the dog person who already has everything else. Pick up one now and tuck one away in the gift closet, the season is covered either way. By Kalalou.
