Mad As A Hornet Honey Hot Sauce is a bold, unapologetic sauce built around Datil peppers—famous for their deceptive sweetness and serious heat. This blend comes in with intensity and stays there, while honey rounds the edge just enough to keep it balanced, not tame. It’s the kind of heat that announces itself and lingers, crafted for people who want to feel it, not just taste it.

Flavor and character

Flavor Profile: sharp, immediate heat with a subtly smoky, citrusy edge. The Datil pepper delivers a clean, piercing heat that doesn’t fade quickly, while the honey adds a touch of natural sweetness that plays nicely against the pepper's bite. The result is bold, fiery, and a little untamed—perfect for those who crave a sauce with personality.

What makes it different

Unlike milder honey-based sauces, this Honey Hot Sauce leans into the heat, using Datil peppers to create a distinct, vibrant profile that stands out in a crowded category. The smoky-citrus finish adds depth, so it’s versatile enough to lift everyday meals and transform simple ingredients into something memorable.
