The greeting is already written for you here: Merry Christmas, lettered across a snow-capped wooden sign inside this lantern, with a cardinal perched on top and a squirrel peeking out at the foot of the post. That makes it a warm welcome for an entry table or front hall, where guests see it the moment they come in from the cold, and the pedestal base raises the scene nicely on a console. Take it along as a hostess gift, thank a favorite neighbor with it, or surprise the coworker who loves backyard wildlife.
