Eight snowflakes, no two worked alike, scatter across an 18" x 18" natural chambray front in silvery seed beads with dense white beadwork packed at each center. The size is the useful part: a full square keeps its shape on a sofa or an entry bench instead of vanishing behind the throw. Canvas backs the cover, a zipper runs along one side, and it spot cleans. Bring it out when the greenery goes up and leave it through the grey weeks of January, when the tree is down and the room still wants something. From Mud Pie, and an easy housewarming or wedding season gift for anyone whose December starts with the living room.
