Organic Zucchini (Cucurbita pepo) An early and prolific variety, zucchini can be eaten raw, grilled, stir fried or made into bread. This beautiful deep green summer squash is perfect when it reaches 6-8" in length. Seed Starts were designed to not only be functionally easy-to-grow but more attractive on the sill than the traditional soggy brown jiffey pots.
